David Andersen Enamel Cufflinks with blue enamel and silver design on a diagonal with an Art Nouveau design. Made in Norway these cufflinks are in spectacular condition and feature beautiful Basse Taille enamel work. Double sided with a folding back for easy insertion.

The cufflinks are made with the French Guilloche Enamel process which gives gorgeous bright color and depth to the enamel. This process involves the application of fine coloured glass powder onto the Silver cufflinks that has been etched with a lovely and intricate design.  The links are then kiln fired and the process is repeated until the depth of colour and translucence is achieved.  This process is what gives these enamel cufflinks such visual depth.  Very fine.
