Dial Type white dial with day , moon phase, date, month window.

The longer hand with the red arrow is for the date and so moves daily to the appropriate date notation on the outer edge of the dial- (1-31)  Sub Seconds dial for seconds hand.  Both the hour s & minute hand  are luminous although due to age the luminosity is short lived.
