14ct White Gold Diamond & Ruby dress ring featuring a brilliant cut diamond, claw set, surrounded by 11 sets of 2 brilliant cut diamonds and 11 Marquise cut Rubies, claw and end set, in a swirl desigh.  

1.5mm wide shank stamped 14kt.  In very good condition.
