The round mixed cut 6.04 - 6.05 x 4.26mm mid blue natural Aquamarine is 4 claw set at the centre with 16 round Brilliant Cut Diamonds micro claw set a surrounding cluster, on a fine 18ct White Gold Belcher link chain with a Parrot Clasp.
