A 18ct Yellow Gold Enamel and Turquoise Brooch with an oval cabochon Blue Enamel Centre featuring a painted flower detail to the scallop Millegrain surround with a further 33 Turquoise claw set as the outer cluster on a pin fitting with a safety clasp.
