Rectangular radiant cut Sapphire Yellow Gold rub over set surrounded by 11 old mine and 1 brilliant cut Diamond platinum top grain set as screw detachable top which fits on a Yellow Gold ring with tapered shoulders on a 1/4 round 1.34 mm band and also fits on to a centre drop with knife edge bar top with 2 old mine cut Diamonds platinum top rub over set with very fine twisted rope chain with bolt ring clasp necklet.
