An 18ct two tone handmade ruby and diamond Vintage ring featuring an oval natural untreated ruby (laboratory tested) and two transitional cut diamonds yellow gold bezel set vertical surrounded by eighteen single cut diamonds white gold bead set in a 3.10 - 1.90mm yellow gold shank, stamped 18k. The ring is in a good condition.
